Break SpiderCloud out of the trades and make an impact in enterprise tech media


SpiderCloud was well-known and respected in the traditional telco trade media, but were looking to break out and make a splash in enterprise tech media.

As enterprise mobility stories tend to be around issues such as “bring your own device” (BYOD), SpiderCloud was willing to take a more provocative approach at addressing the issue resulting in coverage in key outlets like Information Age, FierceCIO, TechRepublic, CIO and eWeek.

We were able to gain traction by developing an ongoing catalog of proactive pitch angles and thought leadership campaigns tackling a variety of enterprise mobility issues. For example, by developing a consumer survey to address the problem of mobile coverage at work, we discovered a majority were willing to jump ship to a competitor for improved coverage. This produced a dramatic headline and resulted in securing broad coverage.
